The new iPhone 7. Better not loose the audio spot! Aka headphones spot. I also hope it not too wide. I dont like to feel like Im luging an iPad around. Otherwise, Id get a laptop or an iPad. The 6s and the pluses take up so much space in my person and dont fit in my pocket! They are thinner, but just like flat pancakes.
